Warranty and Warranty Replacement Programs
All PACLABS products are warranted to perform in accordance with the
written materials accompanying each product for a period of ninety (90)
days from the date of shipment. No other expressed or implied warranties
are available. During this warranty period, customers may contact our
TAC via this WEB site or by calling (800) 648-6022 or (209) 367-0779
to report problems.
Hardware and software media is warranted to be free from manufacturing
and workmanship defects. In the event of a discovered defect, the warranty
includes next business day shipment of exchange products only. Customers
are expected to return inoperative products within 10 days to avoid
billing.
Software warranty includes ONE TIME technical assistance on the basic
functionality of the software or installation. Customer applications
are not supported under this program. Customers can subscribe to our
Advantage Basic
or Advantage Plus
Support programs in order to participate in technical assistance, maintenance
releases or upgrades.
PACLABS’ entire liability and the customer’s exclusive remedy consists
of, either (a) repair or replacement of the licensed product, upon its
return to our TAC through issuance of a Hotline Ticket (Bug Reporting/Ticket
Status), or (b) return of the original purchase price. The warranty
is void if the product’s failure has resulted from accident, abuse or
misapplication by customer. Any replacement products will be warranted
for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days
whichever is greater.
In no event will PACLABS be liable for consequential damages, including
damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of
business information or other pecuniary loss.
