- Hotline access to trained technical support staff.
- Startup support. One time installation and configuration support.

- Software Technical Assistance, Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 6
PM *.
- Support Engineers use a commercial Call Center Data Base for
trouble logging, searching, and patterning.
ADVANTAGE PLUS Software Support
- All of the ADVANTAGE BASIC features plus the following
- Software Maintenance Subscription Service which provides maintenance
and point releases. New releases shipped ground.
- Discounts on Version upgrades.
ADVANTAGE Hardware Extended Warranty
- Same-day service, (Only available within 75 mile radius of PACLABS
Sales offices). Same-day service provides a replacement board within
24 hours of initial call.
- Next-day replacement within the continental United States.
